We welcome domestic pets in our community. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, with up to two pets allowed per apartment. Combined weight for all pets must not exceed 100 lbs.
A $300 pet fee for your 1st pet and a $150 fee for your 2nd pet will apply.

Security deposits start at $300, depending on your credit and rental history.
Rent payments may be made online using our Resident Portal, by calling (800) 533-7901, or by mailing payments to the address below. When mailing payments, please make all checks payable to Peak Management LLC, include your remittance slip with your payments, and write your account number found on your statement in the notes section of your check.
For insurance purposes, rent payments are not accepted in the leasing center.

Service requests may be submitted online using our Resident Portal or by calling our leasing team at (410) 376-5473. Emergency service may be requested during non-business hours by calling (410) 288-8266.
Emergency service includes immediate life safety issues including gas leaks, major plumbing leaks, toilet overflows, fire, or electrical failures.
If you're locked out of your apartment during business hours, contact the leasing center at (410) 376-5473 and we can assist you. A $10 service charge will apply.
After hours, call the emergency service number at (410) 288-8266 for assistance. A $50 service charge for after-hours requests will apply.
My husband and I have been residents at Fox Run for over 4 years and we couldn't be happier. When we needed to move to a handicapped-accessible apartment from our 2nd-floor apartment Sherlene and Jamie couldn't have been more helpful. The maintenance team is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about whatever issue you may be having. I highly recommend choosing Fox Run Apartments as your new residence!!
We love our apartment, the price and amenities are awesome. Sherlene and the entire rental office are lovely people, fun and always concerned about you being comfortable and quick to handle your concerns. Mr. Rodney is the best maintenance man every. He makes sure all work is done quickly and thoroughly and follows up. The location is prime within 15 mins to highways, shops, restaurants of all kinds. We hit the jackpot with this place!
This is my first apartment, and it has set a good standard for my expectations! I moved from PA, and Sherlene and Jamie in the office were excellent working with me over the phone and email for me to get everything set up before move-in. The Updater app also included with my move-in was also amazing!
Living here is dope Sherlene, Jamie and Rodney are the best around If rating fox run with 6 stars were an option, I would try to rate it with 7 stars instead.
I just moved to Edgewood late last year after living in towson. This complex has been great, Jamie, Sherlene and the rest of the staff have been both helpful and very nice. They are always happy to see my dog Rhaegar and give him a treat. I am quite happy with living here and would recommend it to others.
My living experience at Fox Run apartments has been wonderful. Choosing this community was truly a blessing. The leasing management and maintenance are always so professional. The community is well maintained and has been a great place to call "HOME".

Fox Run Apartments has been a great place for us. The staff always are friendly and communicative. The usual maintenance crew also is prompt and do their work well. It's in a wonderful residential area.
I've had a great experience at Fox Run and I love my apartment. The amenities are modern, stylish, & great. The office staff & maintenance teams are prompt & easy to work with. The community is well kept & I haven't had any issues.
This is an excellent community to move to if you are a first-time renter like I was. The staff is incredibly helpful and very nice. Maintenance responds in a very timely manner and is always very polite and helpful.
I love it here. The leasing and maintenance staffs are great. Neighbors are friendly but not all up in your business. My apartment is clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Highly recommend Fox Run!
